The Smell of Bread

You may have noticed when walking by the eighth-grade hall, the smell of bread. Well you were right! Mr. Kendrick’s classes had a great time using ratios to make bread. He explained that if you make more than one batch at a time you would need to double or triple the ingredients. It takes 48 minutes for a batch to cook. Seventh grader, Matthew Straub, states, “It was really good!” Mr. Kendrick said, “I wasn’t sure if we could pull it off where everyone could make bread, but they did an excellent job!” So, the next time you bake anything, like bread, be sure to use your math skills.
